VIDEO: Michigan Native Pete Hoekstra on Representing Trump in Canada

LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Michigan native Pete Hoekstra has started his new position as U.S. Ambassador to Canada.

Hoekstra appeared on The Steve Gruber Show this week where he discussed tariffs, trade, and Michigan’s close ties with its neighbor to the north.

This is not the first time Hoekstra has served in the Trump administration. He worked as the U.S. Ambassador to the Netherlands during the first Trump term.
