‘Intolerable’: Trump envoy Witkoff derides Hamas treatment of hostages, estimates 22-24 left

Trump Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff on Thursday blasted Hamas for its “intolerable” treatment of hostages and estimated that the terrorist group held 

“An American is going to be a priority for him,” he said of Trump. “We estimate 22 maybe 24 live bodies and we want them all back. And we want the bodies back, too.”

“We’re in conversations with the Israelis every single day,” he confirmed.

“I can’t say,” when pressed on the prospect of joint Israeli-American military action.
