In Their Own Words: Economy Still at the Top of Voters’ Minds

• When asked to respond in their own words, 25% of voters say the economy is the most important issue right now.
  • Among 2,000 registered voters, Immigration (15%) and Politics (14%) also ranked highly.
  • ICE (11%), Donald Trump (7%), Healthcare (5%), and Foreign Policy (5%) are also commonly at the top of voters’ minds.
  • For Republicans, the top three issues identified as most important were Economy (31%), Immigration (24%), and Politics (10%).
  • For Democrats, the top issues were Economy (21%), Immigration (18%), and ICE (15%).
  • Only 1% of voters discuss Climate Change or Jeffrey Epstein as the most important issue.
