39% Think Judges Are Too Easy On Criminals
Thirty-nine percent (39%) of voters say judges in their area are too easy on convicted criminals. A Napolitan News survey found that just 16% say they too tough, while 28% say they are about the right balance.
Forty-seven percent (47%) believe these judges are doing a good or excellent job.
This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen February 13-14, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
